The truth is that whatever you are doing is your ministry.

There is no profession in this world that is secular, the motive behind your work is what determines whether it is a mere job or it is a ministry.

If you are doing your work actively unto the Lord, to wipe off tears from other’s eyes, to deliver the best service unto people, to expand the influence of the Kingdom of God on the earth, then you are actively in ministry.

However, if your motive is to make a living, to make money or to create a life or yourself, then you are just serving yourself, and you are doing a job, it does not matter if you are a Pastor or you climb the pulpit every day.
